All of our work is guaranteed for 12 months to give you piece of mind. Please keep your invoice in a safe place as this will act as your reference for your guarantee.

Workmanship
Any work which we undertake is covered by a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship.

Materials
Any materials which we provide in order to complete the work will be covered by a manufacturer’s 12 month guarantee.

Boilers
Work undertaken on boilers includes a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship. Manufactures warranty for the boilers ranges from 1-10 years. The amount of time  depends on the make of the boiler.

Non-guaranteed Work
On occasions, some repairs/work that is undertaken may not be guaranteed. If this is the case, this will be clearly stated on the invoice.
